• (i) join a network that includes accounting firm owners, buyers, brokers, and other professionals;
• (ii) create a profile to showcase professional details and affiliations;
• (iii) create listings for firms or services available for sale or sought for purchase (each a “Listing”);
• (iv) search Listings;
• (v) verify identities; and
• (vi) communicate with other users through secure messages.

BuySellAccounting may alter its Services, cease certain Services or features, or create new limits at its discretion.

3. License to Use Website

Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. All these intellectual property rights are reserved.

8. Payment Obligations

Fees for paid advertisements and Subscriptions are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable fees and agree to make timely payments. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of access to the website.

BuySellAccounting does not verify the accuracy, authenticity, or reliability of listings. We provide a platform but are not involved in any transactions between users. Users are encouraged to conduct due diligence before engaging in any transaction.
